Ingredients:
4 eggs
Splash of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 cup Cheese
1 TBS butter or oil
(Omelette variations:)
-3 slices ham, 1/4 cup onion, and hand full of spinach
-1 cup chopped pepperoni, 1/4 cup onions, 1/4 cup black olives
-1/4 cup sausage, 1/4 cup pepperoni, 1/4 cup bacon
Directions:
In a medium sized pan melt butter or heat oil add cook veggies until tender then add cooked meat then add eggs
